中西医结合治疗肝硬化并自发性细菌性腹膜炎疗效探讨

目的　探讨中西医结合治疗肝炎后肝硬化失代偿期并发自发性细菌性腹膜炎 (SBP)的临床疗效。方法选择肝炎后肝硬化并SBP患者 84例 ,随机分为两组。在综合护肝、支持、对症治疗基础上 ,观察组 (42例 ) ,应用头孢噻肟常规静脉滴注 ,配合中药煎剂口服 ;对照组 (42例 ) ,单纯应用头孢噻肟静脉滴注 ;7～ 14d为一疗程。结果观察组治疗总有效率为 92 .86 % ,对照组为 76 .19% ,两组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　中西医结合治疗SBP疗效显著。

Evaluation of the combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on spontaneous bacterial peritonitis associated with hepatocirrhosis

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine on the patients with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis associated with hepatocirrhosis. Methods Eighty-four patients with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis associated with hepatocirrhosis during decompensation phase were divided randomly into two groups. On the basis of general therapy, 42 patients in observation group were given intravenous drip of cefotaxime and oral administration of the traditional Chinese medicine, 42 patients in control group were only given cefotaxime, each treatment course was 7 to 14 days. Results The total effective treatment rate was 92.86% and 76.19% respectively in observation group and control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P< 0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the combination therapy of TCM and western medicine in the patients with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis was significant.
