摘    要:目的 研究手术隐睾所致成年小鼠生殖细胞凋亡及相关调节因子bcl-2、bax蛋白在曲细精管中的定位、变化。方法 以末端脱氧核糖核酸转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记法(TUNEL)检测凋亡的生殖细胞,生物素-抗生物素蛋白DCS体系间接免疫荧光法检测Bcl-2、Bax蛋白在曲细精管中的定位、分布。结果 隐睾术后3d,手术侧睾丸重量及细胞凋亡数量与对侧地无明显区别。而6 ̄15d,睾丸重量明显减轻,凋亡细胞

Abstract:Objective To study the injurious effects of small dose CdCl 2 and protection of zinc on proximal segment and distal segment of vas deferens in rats. Methods The rats were treated with CdCl 2(2mg/kg body weight) and Cd+Zn. The specimens were investigated by transmission electron microscopy and quantitative analysis of the changes of the cytochemical reactive product of G 6 Pase from 4 hours to 60 days after treatment. Results The ultrastructural changes of principal cells were detected after 4 hours of Cd treatment. The degeneration became most prominent within 3 7 days, but tended towards recovery after 15 days and nearly normal appearance on 60 days after Cd treatment. The main alterations in principal cells were dilatation of endoplasmic reticulum (ER), swelling of mitochondria and increasing of myelin figures. G 6 Pase reactive product of principal cells of distal segment decreased 4 hours after Cd treatment, became most prominent after 3 days, tended to increase after 15 days. The protective effects of zinc on Cd induced injuries in ultrastructure of principal cells and G 6 Pase reactive product of distal segment principal cells from vas deferens were prominent in rats. Conclusion Cadmium had injurious effects on the ultrastructure and G 6 Pase activity in principal cells of vas deferens. Zinc had prominent protective effects to the injuries of cadmium.
