| 摘 要： | 本文应用免疫组化ABC法检测了132例乳腺癌中C—erbB—2癌基因蛋白的表达。结果发现:132例乳腺癌中有C—erbB—2过度表达的48例(36.36％),C—erbB—2在浸润性导管癌中表达率最高(55.17％)。乳腺良性病变及正常乳腺组织中C—erbB—2表达全部为阴性。C—erbB—2过度表达与肿瘤体积、淋巴结转移、临床分期及与死亡率呈显著正相关性,纯计学检验差异显著。因此,C—erbB—2癌基因蛋白的表达可作为评估乳腺癌预后的细胞生物学因子。

| Abstract: | Abstract: The expression of c-erbB-2 oncogene were examined in 132 breast cancer with ABC immunohisto - chemical technique, c-erbB-2 overexpression were seen in 36. 36% of cases (48/132) ,and there Was a highest frequency in invasive duct carcinomas (55. 17%) The expressions of c-erbB-2 in the benign breast disease and the normal breast tissue were negative in all. The over expression of c-erbB -2 oncogene correlated with tumor size, lymphnode metastasis, clinical stage and the death rate,the difference was statistically significant. Therefore, the expression of c-erbB-2 oncogene can be taken as a cellalar biological factor for evaluating the prognosis of breast cancer. |
