| 摘 要： | 对 4 0例丙型肝炎患者的血清 AL T、抗 - HCV及 HCVRNA进行了检测。结果显示 :在急慢性丙型肝炎中 ,抗 - HCV阳性率分别为 83.3%、93.8% ,HCVRNA阳性率分别为 50 %、6 8.8% ,有 4例抗 - HCV阴性急性患者 HCVRNA阳性。抗 - HCV阳性者中有 51.4 % HCVRNA阳性。HCVRNA的检出在 AL T异常情况下较正常明显高 (P<0 .0 5)。提示 HCVRNA早期诊断意义较抗 - HCV大 ,抗 - HCV在一定程度上能反映 HCVRNA的情况 ,而 AL T高低亦可间接反映 HCV的复制状态。

| Abstract: | ALT,anti HCV and HCVRNA were detected with serum specimens of 40 patients with hepatitis C.The results showed that the positive rate of anti HCV was 83.3%,93.8% and HCVRNA was 50.0%,68.8% respectively in patients with acute and chronic hepatitis C.4 patients with acute hepatitis C of negative anti HCV had positive HCVRNA.In positive anti HCV,51.4% were positive for HCVRNA.HCVRNA positive rates were higher in abnormal ALT sera than those in normal ALT sera( P <0.05).This indicated that early diagnosis of HCVRNA was more significant than that of anti HCV.Anti HCV reflected HCV replication in some cases.ALT level might indirectly reflect HCV replication. |
