黄连水煎剂漱口对固定正畸患者牙龈炎症的影响

目的观察黄连水煎剂漱口对固定正畸患者牙龈炎发生率的影响。方法选取11～19岁固定正畸患者100名，随机分为治疗组50例(常规卫生保健措施和黄连水煎剂漱口)和对照组50例(常规卫生保健措施和生理盐水漱口)，在放置固定矫治器前及放置后4、8、12周分别测定上下颌第二前磨牙和第一磨牙处的牙龈指数(GI)和菌斑指数(PLI)，并进行统计学分析。结果放置固定矫治器后4周复查，两组患者牙龈指数和菌斑指数均上升，对照组明显，但二者之间无统计学差异。8、12周后复查，治疗组与对照组牙龈和菌斑指数均升高且二者有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论黄连水煎剂漱口可有效降低固定正畸患者牙龈炎的发生率。

Effect of Coptis decoction on gingivitis in fixed orthodontic treatment

Objective To investigate the effect of Copfis decoction on gingivitis in fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods 100 patients aged 11 to 19 were randomly divided into experimental group (50 patients) and control group (50 patients). The experi-mental group was treated with Coptis decoction besides normal oral health measures, while the control group was treated with 0.9% N.S besides normal oral health measures. Changes of GI (gingival index) and PLD (plaque index) in the second premolar and first molar of the two groups were measured before and after the treatment. Results 4 weeks after the fixed appliance was placed, GI and PLI were increased in both groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups, however 8 weeks and 12 weeks later, GI and PLI in the two groups showed significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Coptis decoc-tion can efficiently reduce the incidence of gingivitis in fixed orthodontic treatment.
