摘    要:目的 :研究低强度氦氖激光对内皮细胞增殖和变异的影响。方法 :应用低强度氦氖激光辐照体外培养的血管内皮细胞 ,采用噻唑蓝 (MTT)比色法研究内皮细胞的增殖情况 ,用光镜和电镜观察细胞核变异程度。结果 :应用不同功率的低强度氦氖激光辐照体外培养的内皮细胞 ,随着辐照次数与辐照时间的延长 ,内皮细胞增殖呈上升趋势 ,但没发现细胞变异。结论 :激光辐照可促进内皮细胞的生长 ,但不会导致内皮细胞恶变。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of LILT on endothelial cell proliferation and variation.Methods Vascular endothelial cells were irradiated with low energy He Ne laser and observed the proliferation of cells with MTT assay and the variation of cellular nucleolus with microscope and electric microscope.Results Irradiation of low energy He Ne laser significantly enhanced the proliferation of vascular endothelial cell with the irradiation time prolonged.No variations were observed.Conclusion LILT may enhance the growth of vascular endothelial cells without variation.
