复方骨肽不同给药方法促进骨折愈合的实验研究

摘    要:目的比较局部应用复方骨肽超声经皮导入与静脉使用复方骨肽对于骨折愈合的影响。方法制备60只成年健康新西兰兔双侧桡骨骨折模型,分为超声电导局部给药组、静脉给药组、对照组3组。术后在4个时间点﹙按第2、4、6、8周﹚通过X片,光镜下观察及骨组织形态计量学分析评价骨折愈合情况。结果 X片半定量、光镜下组织学观察以及骨组织形态计量学分析表明通过超声组和静脉组骨折愈合较对照组明显提前,有统计学意义﹙<0.05﹚。超声组结果稍优于静脉组,但无统计学意义﹙>0.05﹚。结论复方骨肽超声经皮导入与静脉使用对于骨折愈合全过程有相似的促进作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the curative effect compound ossotide on fracture healing by different drug-deliverying Methods: ultrasound-mediated transdermal drug delivery and intravenous injection.Methods 60 mature New Zealand rabbits were prepared and bone defects were made in both radii of each rabbit as fracture models.And the rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly : ultrasound-mediated transdermal drug delivery group,intravenous delivery group and contrast group.X-ray imaging、observation of light microscope and morphometry of osseous tissue were performed to assess the degree of fracture healing in the rabbits of each group at the end of 2th、4th、6th and 8th week postoperatively.Results The results of X-ray imaging,observation of light microscope and morphometry of osseous tissue analysis indicated the fracture healing in ultrasound-mediated transdermal drug delivery group and intravenous delivery group were better than that in contrast group significantly﹙P0.05﹚.And the fracture healing in ultrasound-mediated transdermal drug delivery group were slightly better than that in intravenous delivery group,but with no statistical significance ﹙P0.05﹚.Conclusion Ultrasound-mediated transdermal drug delivery and intravenous injection of compound ossotide have similar positive effect on fracture healing.
