| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声在急腹症病因诊断中的应用价值。方法：总结分析389例急腹症患者的超声诊断结果。结果：本组患者中,直接经超声显示病因病变而作出病因诊断的患者349例,40例患者根据间接征象作出病因诊断,病变显示率为89.72%（349/389）。结论：超声在急腹症病因诊断的临床应用方面具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound in etiology diagnosis of acute abdominal syndrome （AAS）.Methods：The etiology of 389 cases diagnosed as AAS were analysed on ultrasound.Results：In this group of patients, 349 cases were made according to etiological diagnosis of direct ultrasound show, 40 patients were made according to etiological diagnosis of indirect signs, lesions display rate was 89.72%（349/389）.Conclusion：The Ultrasound has great value in the diagnosis of acute abdomen etiology. |
