老年肺癌患者呼吸道深部真菌感染临床分析

目的探讨老年肺癌患者呼吸道深部真菌感染的病因、诊断、治疗及预防. 方法对我科近8年80例老年肺癌患者合并呼吸道深部真菌感染的病因、临床表现、治疗及预防方法等作回顾性分析. 结果老年肺癌患者呼吸道深部真菌感染与长期应用抗生素,细胞毒性药物及机体免疫力低下有关,应早期发现及时诊断治疗. 结论对老年肺癌患者深部真菌感染应注意早期预防、早期诊断、选择高效低毒广谱抗真菌药物、加强免疫及支持治疗,才能取得满意疗效.

Lung Cancer in Old Patients with Lower Respiratory Tract Fungus Infection:A Clinical Study of 80 Cases

OBJECTIVE To discuss the etiology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of lung cancer in old patients with lower respiratory tract fungus infection. METHODS A retrospective analysis had made on etiology, clinical representation, treatment and prevention of 80 old lung cancer patients with lower respiratory tract fungus infection, hospitalized in our department in recent 8 years. RESULTS This kind of disease associated with long-term receiving antibiotic, cytotoxic agents and weak immunity; and should be earlier detected, timely diagnosed and treated. CONCLUSIONS In order to achieve satisfactory effects, attentions should be paid on prevention, earlier diagnosis, choosing high effective, low toxic, broad spectrum anti-fungus agents; and on intensive immunological and supporting treatments.
