| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超早期CT定位穿刺抽吸引流治疗高血压脑出血临床效果。方法 对106例高血压脑出血病人发病后6h内行CT定位穿刺抽吸引流加尿激酶溶解治疗，观察病人血肿清除及功能恢复情况。结果 106例中死亡5例，占4．7％；存活101例，占95．3％。101例颅内积血均在术后72h内彻底清除，收到满意疗效。结论 超早期CT定位穿刺抽吸引流治疗高血压脑出血是行之有效的方法，明显降低了病人的病死率和病残率，提高了病人的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorr hage with earlier CT stereotactic hematoma aspiration drinage.Methods Within 6h of onset,CT quid stereotactic hematoma puncture,aspiration,drinage and injection urokinase were used for 106 cases of hpertensive cerebral hemorrhage and the process of recorvery was observed.Results Among 106 cases,5 cases died,up to 4.7%,101 cases survived,and survival rate was 95.3%.72h after operation blood of hematoma was cleared away completely.Curative effect was satisfied.Conclusion Earlier CT stercotactic hematoma puncture aspiration and drinage are effective measures to treat hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. |
