泼尼松联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹患者的效果

目的:观察泼尼松联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹患者的效果。方法:选取200例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组给予阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予泼尼松治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)发生率、止疱时间、结痂时间及治疗前后疼痛评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.0%(96/100),高于对照组的87.0%(87/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组PHN发生率为1.0%(1/100),低于对照组的8.0%(8/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组止疱时间和结痂时间均短于对照组,视觉模拟疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泼尼松联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低PHN发生率和疼痛评分,缩短止疱时间和结痂时间,效果优于单纯阿昔洛韦治疗。

Effects of Prednisone combined with Acyclovir in treatment of patients with herpes zoster

Objective:To study effects of Prednisone combined with Acyclovir in treatment of patients with herpes zoster.Methods:200 patients with herpes zoster were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,each with 100 cases.The control group was treated with Acyclovir,while the observation group was treated with Prednisone on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,incidence of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN),herpes stopping time and the scab time,and pain score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.0%(96/100),which was higher than 87.0%(87/100)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of PHN in the observation group was 1.0%(1/100),which was lower than 8.0%(8/100)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the herpes stopping time and scab time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the visual analog scale pain score was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Prednisone combined with Acyclovir in the treatment of the patients with herpes zoster can improve the effective rate of treatment,reduce the incidence of PHN and pain score,and shorten the herpes stopping time and the scab time.Moreover,it is superior to single Acyclovir.
