近视性屈光参差病因学与矫治方法的研究进展

近年来，近视性屈光参差的患病率呈逐年上升趋势。严重的近视性屈光参差可破坏双眼视功能，导致斜视、重度视疲劳等问题，严重影响患者的择业与生活质量。但目前近视性屈光参差的病因和发病机制尚不明确，且防控和矫治近视性屈光参差的重要性常常被忽视。本文将对近年来近视性屈光参差病因学和矫治方法的研究进行综述，为深入认识近视性屈光参差的发病机制和防控措施提供依据。

Progress in etiology and correction of myopic anisometropia

In recent years,the prevalence of myopic anisometropia is increasing.Severe myopic anisometropia can damage binocular vision,resulting in strabismus,severe asthenopia and other problems,which seriously affect patient’s career and the quality of life.However,the etiology and pathogenesis of myopic anisometropia are still unclear,and the importance of preventing,controlling and correcting myopic anisometropia often be ignored.Therefore,we intend to review the recent research on the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of myopic anisometropia to provide a basis for further understanding the cause and treatment of myopic anisometropia.
