基于微信平台的延续性护理在幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者中的应用效果

目的:观察基于微信平台的延续性护理在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法:选取94例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以基于微信平台的延续性护理。比较两组遵医依从率、护理前后健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)评分和胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQOL)。结果:观察组遵医依从率为93.62%(44/47),高于对照组的74.47%(35/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组HPLP-Ⅱ各维度评分和GIQOL均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信平台的延续性护理可提高Hp阳性胃溃疡患者遵医依从率和生命质量,且有助于建立健康行为。

Application effects of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform in patients with Helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer

Objective:To explore application effects of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric ulcer.Methods:94 patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received continuous nursing based on the WeChat platform on the basis of that of the control group.The compliance rate,health promotion lifestyle scale II(HPLP-II)score and gastrointestinal quality of life index(GIQOL)before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of the observation group was 93.62%(44/47),which was higher than 74.47%(35/47)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the HPLP-II dimension scores and the GIQOL scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Continuous nursing based on the WeChat platform can increase the compliance rate and the quality of life of the patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer,and can help establish the healthy behaviors.
