摘    要:目的:观察个性化健康教育在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取46例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各23例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性化健康教育,比较两组疾病知识掌握率、自我效能感评分和护理满意度。结果:观察组疾病知识掌握率为91.30%(21/23),高于对照组的60.87%(14/23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组一般自我效能感量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.65%(22/23),高于对照组的65.22%(15/23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性胰腺炎患者应用个性化健康教育可提高疾病知识掌握率、自我效能感评分和护理满意度,效果优于常规护理。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze application effects of personalized health education in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:46 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,23 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group used personalized health education on the basis of that of the control group.The disease knowledge mastery rate,self-efficacy score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The disease knowledge mastery rate of the observation group was 91.30%(21/23),which was higher than 60.87%(14/23)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the general self-efficacy scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.65%(22/23),which was higher than 65.22%(15/23)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of personalized health education for the patients with acute pancreatitis can improve disease knowledge mastery rate,self-efficacy score and nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to routine nursing.
