全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折效果分析

目的观察人工股骨头置换术与全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床价值。方法随机将本院2017年9月—2018年9月收治的60例股骨颈骨折老年患者分为两组,每组30例。对照组行人工股骨头置换术,观察组行全髋关节置换术。观察两组优良率、并发症发生率。结果(1)观察组髋关节功能恢复优良率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组并发症发生率(6.67%)明显优于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全髋关节置换术能够有效治疗股骨颈骨折,不仅有利于快速恢复髋关节功能,且并发症发生率低,手术安全性高,可作为治疗股骨颈骨折的一线方案。

Comparative Observation of Total Hip Arthroplasty for the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in the Elderly

Objective To observe the clinical value of artificial femoral head replacement and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fracture.Methods Sixty patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 in each group.The control group was underwent artificial femoral head replacement and the observation group underwent total hip arthroplasty.The excellent and complication rates of the two groups were observed.Results(1)The excellent rate of hip function recovery in the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of complications in the observation group(6.67%)was better than the control group(26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty can effectively treat femoral neck fracture,which is not only beneficial for rapid recovery of hip joint function,but also has low complication rate,high safety.It can be used as a first level solution for the treatment of femoral neck fracture.
