摘    要:首都医科大学宣武医院通过应用PDCA理念,对绩效管理体系的组织架构、绩效考核指标体系、绩效沟通渠道及方式、绩效结果运用与激励等4个方面进行全方位检查分析,找出各个环节的主要问题并进行整改,对绩效管理体系的全过程进行把控,不断提升工作质量和效能。

Abstract:By applying the PDCA concept,Capital Medical University Xuanwu Hospital conducts a comprehensive inspection and analysis of the performance management system's organizational structure,performance evaluation index system,performance communication channels and methods,performance results application and incentives,etc.The main problems in the link are rectified,and the entire process of the performance management system is controlled to continuously improve the work quality and efficiency.
