兰索拉唑在慢性胃溃疡治疗中的效果观察

目的分析兰索拉唑在慢性胃溃疡治疗过程中的临床效果。方法研究对象选择本院2018年1月—12月期间收治的80例慢性胃溃疡患者,随机将其划分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组使用阿莫西林与克拉霉素进行治疗,而观察组在此基础上加用兰索拉唑,比较两组患者的治疗效果与Hp根除情况。结果本次研究结果表明,临床疗效方面,观察组的治疗有效率达到了92.5%,而对照组的治疗有效率为75.0%,数据结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而观察组的Hp根除率为95.0%,而这一数据在对照组中只有77.5%。数据结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者在使用兰索拉唑之后,胃溃疡情况得到了有效缓解,同时减少了并发症产生的可能性。

Observation on the Effect of Lansoprazole in the Treatment of Chronic Gastric Ulcer

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of lansoprazole in the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer.Methods 80 patients with chronic gastric ulcer admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with amoxicillin and clarithromycin,while the observation group was treated with lansoprazole on this basis to compare the therapeutic effect and Hp eradication status of the two groups.Results The results of this study showed that,in terms of clinical efficacy,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group reached 92.5%,while that in the control group was 75.0%.The difference in data results was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate in the observation group was 95.0%,compared with 77.5%in the control group.The difference in data results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the use of lansoprazole,gastric ulcer can be effectively alleviated and the possibility of complications can be reduced.
