社区药师对慢性非传染性疾病用药安全的作用

目的探讨社区药师对于慢性非传染性疾病用药安全管理的意义。方法选取2017年6月—2019年1月苏州工业园星湖医院150例慢性非传染性病患者,实施社区药师管理干预,分析对比患者在干预前后用药知识掌握情况、安全用药认知程度、不良反应、用药依从性等。结果实施社区药师管理干预后,150例患者用药不良反应发生率低于管理前,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),用药知识掌握率高于管理前,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);用药安全认知程度高于管理前,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01);药物依从性高于管理前,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于社区慢性传染性病患者,社区药师管理干预有助于提高用药安全性,减少药物不良反应,提高患者对安全用药的掌握情况。

Effect of Community Pharmacists on Drug Safety of Chronic Noncommunicable Diseases

Objective To explore the significance of community pharmacists in drug safety management of chronic non-communicable diseases.Methods 150 patients with chronic non-communicable diseases in Xinghu Hospital of Suzhou Industrial Park from June 2017 to January 2019 were selected to carry out community pharmacist management intervention.The knowledge of drug use,the awareness of safe drug use,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the drug compliance of patients before and after intervention were analyzed.Results The incidence of adverse drug reactions in 150 patients after management was significantly lower than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the mastery rate of medication knowledge was significantly higher than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the awareness of medication safety in patients after management was significantly higher than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the drug compliance of patients was significantly higher than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of community pharmacist management intervention among patients with chronic infectious diseases in the community can significantly improve the safety of drug use,reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions and improve the patient’s grasp of safe drug use.
