冠心病应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的效果

目的 分析冠心病应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的效果。方法 400例冠心病患者,采取抽签分组方式分为对照组和观察组,每组200例。对照组患者采用曲美他嗪治疗,观察组患者采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、心血管事件发生情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者的总有效率97.50%高于对照组的90.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的LDL-C(1.45±0.21)mmol/L、TG(1.21±0.12)mmol/L、TC(2.25±0.31)mmol/L均低于对照组的(2.01±0.11)、(1.81±0.21)、(4.01±0.25)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的心血管事件发生率2.50%低于对照组的10.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率2.00%低于对照组的7.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对冠心病患者实施阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗,具有显著效果,能促进患者康复。

Effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine on coronary heart disease

Objective To analyze the effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine on coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 400 coronary heart disease patients were divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was treated by trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated by atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine.The clinical efficacy,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),occurrence of cardiovascular events and adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.50% in the observation group was significantly higher than 90.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of LDL-C(1.45±0.21)mmol/L,TG(1.21±0.12)mmol/L and TC(2.25±0.31)mmol/L in the observation group was lower than(2.01±0.11),(1.81±0.21)and(4.01±0.25)mmol/L in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events 2.50% in the observation group was lower than 10.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 2.00% in the observation group was lower than 7.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine shows significant effect on coronary heart disease,and it can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
