多样性护理在冠心病合并糖尿病中的应用研究

目的探讨多样性护理在冠心病合并糖尿病中的实际应用价值。方法选取2017年11月—2018年11月本院收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者120例作为本次研究对象,根据入院时间将患者分为对照组与观察组两组,每组患者60例,对照组患者采用普通护理,观察组患者采用多样性护理,对比两组患者对护理工作的满意度、干预后空腹血糖水平、及患者在护理过程中的依从性评分。结果观察组患者对护理工作的满意度及依从性评分明显高于对照组患者,且干预后的空腹血糖值水平明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多样性护理可有效将患者的满意度进行提升,提高了患者的日常生活质量,最大程度降低患者的生理痛苦。

Study on the Application of Diversity Nursing in Coronary Heart Disease Complicated With Diabetes

Objective To explore the practical application value of diversity nursing in coronary heart disease with diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research objectives.According to the admission time,the patients were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing,while the observation group was given diversified nursing.The two groups of patients were compared for their satisfaction with nursing work,fasting blood glucose levels after intervention,and patient compliance scores during the nursing process.Results The satisfaction and compliance scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the fasting blood glucose level was significantly lower after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing can effectively improve patients’satisfaction and quality of daily life,minimize the patient’s physical pain.
