洛阳市医养结合养老模式存在的问题及策略分析

近年来伴随着老年人口的逐步增多,老年人对养老服务的需求增大。洛阳市创新性地探索出了智慧型医养合作一体化、专业型医中有养、创新型养中有医3种医养结合养老模式;但不乏在当前医养结合养老模式的发展过程中有养老费用高、医保报销难、政策落实不易、专业人才缺乏等问题。因此,政府应加大投资力度,完善医疗保险体系;发挥中医药特色优势;加强人才培养,多策并举打通养老最后一公里。

Analysis on the problems and strategies of the combination of medical care and pension in Luoyang

In recent years,with the gradual increase of the elderly population,the demand for pension services for the elderly has increased.Luoyang City has innovatively explored the combination of intelligent medical and nursing cooperation,and has three kinds of medical and medical-care combined old-age models.However,there are many problems in the development of the current medical and nursing pension model,such as high pension expenses,difficult reimbursement of medical insurance,difficult implementation of policies,lack of professionals and so on.Therefore,the government should increase investment,improve the medical insurance system,give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,strengthen the training of talents,and improve the last kilometer of providing for the aged at the same time.
