综合护理在妊娠高血压综合征产后中的应用

目的分析综合护理在妊娠高血压综合征产后中的应用。方法选择本院2017年10月—2018年10月收治的妊娠高血压综合征患者100例,根据不同护理方法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),观察组患者采用综合护理,对照组患者采用常规护理,护理后对两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心理状态以及产后子痫发生率进行对比。结果两组患者在接受护理后效果都较好,观察组收缩压与舒张压低于对照组,观察组SDS抑郁评分、SAS焦虑评分、产后子痫发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于妊娠高血压综合征产后患者,采用综合护理效果较好,有助于改善患者血压水平和心理状态,降低产后子痫发生率,控制高血压进展。

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Postpartum of Pregnancyinduced Hypertension Syndrome

Objective To investigate the application of comprehensive nursing in postnatal pregnancy hypertension syndrome.Methods 100 patients with pregnancy hypertension syndrome treated in the hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into the control group(50 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(50 cases,comprehensive nursing)according to different nursing methods.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,psychological status and incidence of postpartum eclampsia in two groups of patients after completion of nursing were collected and analyzed.Results Both groups of patients achieved a certain effect after received the nursing,but the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the SDS depression score,SAS anxiety score and the incidence of postpartum eclampsia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of postpartum patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,the nursing method of comprehensive nursing can achieve obvious and better effect,can significantly improve the blood pressure level and psychological state of the patients,reduce the incidence of postpartum eclampsia and control the progress of hypertension.
