康复护理对急性脑血管病患者常见并发症的影响

目的 分析康复护理对急性脑血管病患者常见并发症的影响。方法 78例急性脑血管病患者,参照摸球法分为对照组和试验组,各39例。对照组予以常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上予以康复护理。比较两组并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 试验组并发症发生率7.69%明显低于对照组的41.03%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度92.31%明显高于对照组的69.23%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康复护理有利于控制和降低脑血管病患者并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度,可广泛应用于临床护理。

Effect of rehabilitation nursing on common complications of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on common complications of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 78 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were divided into control group and experimental group by ball-touching method,with 39 cases in each group.The occurrence of complications and degree of satisfaction with nursing was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications 7.69% in the experimental group was obviously lower than 41.03% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction with nursing 92.31% in the experimental group was obviously higher than 69.23% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing is conducive to control and lower the incidence of complications in patients with cerebrovascular disease,improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction,and can be widely used in clinical nursing.
