BIM技术在医院建设与运维管理中的应用与设想

医院建筑功能复杂,改造工程工期紧张,如何能够借助BIM技术更好地实现医院、设计单位、施工单位协同工作、加快推进工程进度、提高管理效率成为亟待解决的问题。北京协和医院西单院区北楼改造工程在设计与实施过程中,以问题为导向,借助BIM技术进行设计、施工、运维管理,最终解决医院改造项目中的棘手难题。结合BIM技术优势与特点,提出该技术在医院运维管理中应用的设想。

Application and assumption of BIM technology in hospital construction and operation and maintenance management

The functions of the hospital building is completed and the construction period of the reconstruction project is tight.How to use the BIM technology to better achieve the collaborative work of the hospital,the design unit,the construction unit,accelerate the progress of the project,and improve the management efficiency have become urgent problems.In the design and implementation process of the reconstruction of the North Building of the Xidan Hospital District of Peking Union Medical College Hospital,in the design and implementation process,it is problem-oriented,with the help of BIM technology for design,construction,operation and maintenance management,and finally solves the difficult problems in the hospital reconstruction project.Combining the advantages and characteristics of BIM technology,this paper proposes the application of this technology in hospital operation and maintenance management.
