单纯修补术治疗急性胃穿孔的临床效果

目的探讨胃大部分切除术与单纯修补术治疗急性胃穿孔的效果。方法随机将本院2017年8月—2018年8月收治的76例急性胃穿孔患者分为两组,每组38例。观察组给予单纯修补术,对照组给予胃大部分切除术。比较两组临床疗效。结果(1)观察组手术时间、住院时间、首次排气时间以及术后下床时间等指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯修补术治疗急性胃穿孔效果显著,有利于缩短住院时间,促进了病情的快速恢复,且并发症少,提高了患者的生活质量。

Clinical Effect of Simple Repair for Acute Gastric Perforation

Objective To investigate the effect of most gastric resection and simple repair on acute gastric perforation.Methods 76 patients with acute gastric perforation admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 patients in each group.The observation group was given a simple repair,and the control group was given a most gastric resection.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results(1)The surgery time,hospitalization time,first exhaust time and postoperative bedtime of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The simple repairing treatment for acute gastric perforation has a significant effect,which is beneficial to shorten the hospitalization time,promote the rapid recovery of the disease,and has fewer complications,improve the patient's quality of life.
