凶险型前置胎盘患者行剖宫产术的护理配合

目的探析凶险型前置胎盘患者实施剖宫产术时护理配合(护理干预)的应用价值。方法选取2017年4月—2018年10月本院妇产科接诊的76例凶险型前置胎盘实施剖宫产术的产妇,采用双盲法将其分为两组,各38例。研究组采用综合护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,对比护理效果。结果研究组产妇术中及术后24 h内出血量均少于对照组,手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,产中并发症发生率及子宫切除率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凶险型前置胎盘患者行剖宫产术时采用综合护理干预不仅能减少术中术后出血量、缩短手术时间及住院时间,还能减少术中并发症,降低子宫切除风险。

Nursing Cooperation of Caesarean Section in Patients With Dangerous Placenta Previa

Objective To explore the application value of nursing cooperation(nursing intervention)in cesarean section for patients with dangerous placenta previa.Methods 76 cases of dangerous placenta previa women who underwent cesarean section in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group by double-blind method.Comprehensive nursing intervention was used in the study group,routine nursing was used in the control group,and nursing effect was compared.Results The amount of blood loss during and 24 h after operation in the study group was less than that in the control group,the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications during childbirth and hysterectomy rate were lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for dangerous placenta previa patients during cesarean section can not only reduce intraoperative and postoperative blood loss,shorten operation time and hospital stay,but also reduce intraoperative complications and reduce the risk of hysterectomy.
