| 探讨手术室细节护理对预防切口感染的影响 |

| 摘 要： | 目的研究分析手术室开展细节护理管理预防手术切口感染的效果。方法选取本院2018年6月—2019年6月期间本院手术室收治的100例预行手术治疗的患者作为研究对象。按照数字随机分组法将其分为对照组及实验组两组。对照组采用基础护理;实验组在基础护理之上执行细节护理。对比两组患者手术切口发生感染的概率以及护理满意度。结果实验组患者的手术切口感染率4.00%显著低于对照组32.00%,护理满意度显著98.00%高于对照组66.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中实行手术室细节护理能显著提高患者的护理满意度,降低患者手术切口感染的几率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study and analyze the effect of detailed nursing management in operating room on preventing surgical incision infection.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,100 patients with pre-operative treatment in the operating room were selected as the study subjects.According to the digital random grouping method,they were divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given basic nursing,while the experimental group was given detailed nursing on the basis of basic nursing.The incidence of incision infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The infection rate of surgical incision in the experimental group was 4.00%,significantly lower than that in the control group(32.00%),and the nursing satisfaction rate was 98.00% significantly higher than that in the control group(66.00%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing in operating room can significantly improve patients’satisfaction with nursing care and reduce the incidence of incision infection. |
