诊疗因素对病种分值的影响

目的:分析诊疗因素与病种分值的关系,探索病种分值计算的方法。方法:回顾性收集和分析广州某三甲医院2017年84598例住院病人诊断、手术、年龄、住院天数、病例分型等对医疗费用和病种分值的影响,通过非参数检验和相关性检验等对结果进行统计学分析。结果:随着年龄增长,住院天数、患病数、手术与操作数、病例分型的增加或加重,医疗费用随之增加(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、住院天数、伴随病数、手术与操作数、病例分型是影响次均医疗费用和病种分值的主要因素。

Effect of diagnosis and treatment factors on case-based score

Objective:To analyze the relationship between diagnosis and treatment factors and case-based score,and to explore methods for calculating case-based scores.Methods:retrospectively collected and analyzed the effects of diagnosis,surgery,age,length of stay,and case classification of 84,598 inpatients in a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou on medical expenses and case-based scores in 2017.Statistical analysis of the results.Results:With the increase of age,the number of hospitalization days,the number of illnesses,the number of operations and procedures,and the type of cases increased or worsened,and medical costs increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,number of hospital stays,number of concomitant diseases,number of operations and procedures,and case classification are the main factors affecting the average medical expenses and case-based score.
