玻璃体腔注射康柏西普对老年性湿性黄斑病变患者的影响

目的探讨玻璃体腔注射康柏西普对老年性湿性黄斑病变患者视力及并发症的影响。方法选取本院2018年5月—2019年3月收治的86例(86眼)老年性湿性黄斑病变患者,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各43例,对照组采用玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德治疗,试验组给予玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗,分析比较两组视力及并发症情况。结果试验组视力高于对照组且黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体腔注射康柏西普对老年性湿性黄斑病变患者的视力具有一定的改善作用、有效降低并发症发生率。

The Effect of Vitreous Cavity Injection of Compexip on Elderly Patients With Wet Macular Degeneration

Objective To investigate the effects of vitreous cavity injection of compexip on vision and complications in elderly patients with wet macular degeneration.Methods 86 patients(86 eyes)with senile wet macular degeneration were selected from May 2018 to March 2019 in this hospital.They were divided into the control group and the test group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Triamcinolone was used in the control group.The test group was given vitreous cavity injection of compexip to analyze and compare the vision and complications of the two groups.Results The visual acuity of the test group was higher than that of the control group and the thickness of the central and concave retina was less than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the test group was lower than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The vitreous cavity injection of compexip can improve the vision of the elderly patients with wet macular degeneration and reduce the incidence of complications.
