脊柱骨软骨瘤的诊治

目的通过本病区病例的分析总结脊柱骨软骨瘤的诊治。方法收集本病区从1996～2007年收治的5例脊柱骨软骨瘤病例,分析其发病特征、临床表现、治疗方式以及预后情况,同时结合国内外文献总结该病的诊治。结果脊柱骨软骨瘤在脊柱肿瘤中少见,发生于椎管内可通过CT/MRI等早期诊断,椎管减压、肿瘤切除术治疗效果好,复发恶变率低。结论脊柱骨软骨瘤通过早期确诊手术减压,可获得良好的脊髓功能恢复。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Spinal Osteochondroma

Objective To introduce the diagnosis and treatment of osteochondroma of spine.Method 5 patients with osteochondroma of the spine who were hospitalized from 2003 to 2007 were gathered and analyzed.We compared the pathogenic feature,clinical symptom,treatment and prognosis between the cases,and summarized the experience of international articles to achieve our conclusion about diagnosis and treatment.Result Osteochondroma is a tumor with low mobidity.It can be early diagnosed by CT and MRI scan and cured by executing tumorectomy and spinal decompression.Long term prognosis is good while recurrence is at a low rate.Conclusion Osteochondroma of the spine is a kind of benign tumor,it can be cured by early spinal decompression with tumorectomy to get a well recovery of spinal function.
