微波消解/FAAS法测定乌药中的微量元素

摘    要:目的:采用微波消解技术,建立测定乌药中4种微量元素含量的分析方法。方法:用HNO3+HClO4混合酸为消解剂进行样品消化,利用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)进行测定。结果:乌药中Ca、Fe、Mg和Mn的含量分别为371.7,251.9,456.4和203.4μg/g,加标回收率(n=6)在95.6%~104.2%之间,各元素的相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)在0.33%~4.2%之间。结论:该方法是一种快速、灵敏、准确的分析方法,可以为乌药的进一步研究提供科学依据。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an FAAS method for determination of microelements in Radix Linderae after Microwave-Assisted Digestion.Methods: The sample was digested with the acid mixture of HNO3+HClO4 before determination in Radix Linderae by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Results: The content of Ca、Fe、Mg and Mn in Radix Linderae are 371.7,251.9,456.4 and 203.4(μg/g).The recoveries(n=6)were 96.7%~104.2%,the relative stardard deviations(RSD)(n=6) was 0.54%~3.9%.Conclusion: A rapid,sensitive and accurate method for the determination of microelements is found.The study may provide a scientific basis for the further study of Radix Linderae.
