慢性阻塞性肺疾病继发肺间质纤维化血气及肺功能表现研究

目的 研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病继发肺问质纤维化的血气及肺功能特点并探讨其临床意义。方法分析4年来本院发现的11例慢性阻塞性肺疾病继发肺间质纤维化患者的症状、血气分析、肺功能结果。结果 慢性阻塞性肺疾病继发肺闽质纤雏化患者的血气分析表现以低氧血症为主，部分可合并二氧化碳潴留，其肺功能测定结果不完全符合阻塞型或限制型通气功能障碍，介于两者之间。结论 慢性阻塞性肺疾病可继发肺间质纤维化，其具有一定的血气及肺功能表现，为进一步认识该类疾病提供重要的依据。

The features of arterial blood-gas and lung function of pulmonary fibrosis caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To study the features of arterial blood gas and lung function of pulmonary fibrosis caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(PF COPD). Methods 11 patients with PF COPD and 9 with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) were found in the past four years. Clinical symptoms, arterial blood gas, lung function testing were analyzed.Results Mixed ventilatory disorders with lung function tests and hypoxemia coexisted with hypercarbia with arterial blood gas analysis were main manifestations for PF COPD, while for IPF they were restrictive ventilatory disorders and almost mere hypoxemia.Conclusion Pulmonary fibrosis could be caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which has specific features with lung function tests and arterial blood gas analysis. These features will contribute to the cognition of pulmonary fibrosis.
