血细胞分析仪新鲜全血校准物的稳定性探讨

目的评价新鲜全血校准不同型号血液细胞分析仪稳定性的临床应用价值。方法经校准的Abbott CD-3200血液细胞分析仪，对用作校准物的新鲜全血连续测定，算出均值并作为新鲜全血的参考值。用新鲜全血代替配套校准物对Sysmex Kx-21血液细胞分析仪进行校准。结果用配套校准物校准过的Abbott CD-3200血液细胞分析仪与用新鲜全血校准过的Sysmex Kx-21血液细胞分析仪测定全血的结果非常接近，只有血小板结果偏倚较大，但也在可接受范围之内。结论用新鲜全血校准血液细胞分析仪可取得满意的结果，同时节省了经费。对于某些没有配套校准物型号的血液细胞分析仪则更有价值。

To Discuss the Stability of Fresh Whole Blood Calibration in Cytoanalyze.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of the stability that the fresh whole blood adjust all kinds of cytoanalyzes. Methods Abbott CD-3200 cytoanalyze which has been adjusted always determine by fresh whole blood calibration ,calculate the mean that will be as the reference value of the fresh whole blood, The whole blood taking the place of suitable calibration calibrate the Sysmex Kx-21 cytoanalyze, Results The result of Abbott CD-3200 cytoanalyze calibrated by suitable calibration is approach to that of Sysmex Kx-21 cytoanalyze calibrated by the fresh whole blood. Only the bias is the result of platelet, it is in the acceptable range. Conclusion The satisfactory results will be got by calibrated the cytoananlyze with fresh whole blood. Simultaneously that save the expense. It is more worthy to some kind of cytoanalyze which has no suitable calibration.
