| 摘 要： | 报告16例大肝癌手术切除治疗效果，癌块直径>7cm。其中巨块型12例，癌块>10cm9例；癌块>14cm3例，均经病理证实。Ⅱ期切除3例，均经肝固有动脉结扎加插管注药化疗，肿块缩小后再手术，术后生存1年4例，2年3例，3年4例，4年1例，全组中位生存期24.1个月，并对大肝癌的手术适应证及术式选择等进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The curative effect of resection on sixteen cases of large hepatocellular carcinoma (H. C. C)is re- ported in this article. The diameter of all masses was over 7 cm. 12 cases were of massive hepatocarci- noma with diameter of the mass in 9 patients over 10 cm and that in 3 patients over 14 cm, and pathologically proven. Second stage resection was per--formed in 3 patients after marked reduction of the tumor by combined treatment with hepatic artery ligntion (HAL) plus hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy (HAI). The postoperative survival of one year was found in 4 patients, two yesrs in 3, three years in 4 and four years in 1 patient. The median survival time of the patients was 24.1 months. The indcation of operation and the selection of operative methos have been discussed as well. |
