| 摘 要： | 通过对10例重危病人术中应用 Swan Ganz 漂浮寻管进行 PAP、PAWP 的监测,说明 PAP、PAWP 能及时反映重危病人左心功能,并能指寻用药、输液,对预防肺水肿及左心衰竭有着重要意义。探讨了影响 PAWP 的因素、漂浮导管所引起的常见并发症及其预防。

| Abstract: | The application of Swan-Ganz Flotation Catheter for hemodynamic monitoring during the operations in ten critical patients shows that the monitoring of PAP and PAWP can immediately reflectleft heart function and also give guidance for the ad- ministration of drugs and fluid infusion.It plays an important part in preventing pulmonary edema and left heart failure.The factors which influence the PAWP, the common complications by using Swan-Ganz catheter and their prevention are also discussed in the article. |
