| 摘 要： | 本文对50例临床症状不典型,胸片无明显异常,痰查抗酸杆菌2～3次阴性,拟诊为支气管内膜结核、支气管炎、支气管扩张、支气管肺癌的患者均行纤维支气管镜直观检查,同时活检、刷检进而行病理、细菌学检查等最后确诊为支气管内膜结核。说明采用纤支镜检,对胸片阴性之支气管内膜结核具有很高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | In this report we present 50 patients of endobronchial tuberculosis without typical clinic symptoms, definitive abnormality in chest X-ray film and detectable tubercle bacillus in sputum smear. The endobronchial tuberculosis was confirmed by pathological and bacteriological examination of the brushings and biopsy through fiberoptic bronchoscope. The result indicates that the application of fiberoptic bronchoscope is worthy to diagnose atypical endobronchial tuberculosis, especially in the cases without definitive abnormality in X-ray film. |
