急性脑梗死与糖化血红蛋白、血糖相关性的研究

目的探讨急性脑梗死与血糖的关系,分析糖化血红蛋白对预后的影响。方法将168例急性脑梗死患者根据空腹血糖和既往有无糖尿病史分为糖尿病组、高血糖组、正常血糖组,分析急性脑梗死时糖化血红蛋白对患者预后的影响。结果正常血糖组治疗好转率较糖尿病组及非糖尿病高血糖组高,统计学处理差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,病死率以糖尿病组最高,其中糖化血红蛋白高对预后有明显影响。结论高糖化血红蛋白影响急性脑梗死的预后,及时地控制高血糖,对脑梗死的治疗及预后有重要的意义。

An exploration on the relationship between acute cerebral infarction and glycosylated hemoglobin, blood glucose

Objective：To explore the relationship between acute cerebral infarction and blood glucose,by analyzing the effects of glycosylated hemoglobin on the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods： The 168 acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into 3 groups： diabetes,hyperglycemia and normal plasma glucose,according to their fasting blood glucose level and their diabetic and non-diabetic conditions.The effects of glycosylated hemoglobin on the prognosis of cerebral infarction were analyzed.Results： The improvement rate of the normal plasma glucose patients was obviously better than that of the other two groups respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The death rate was the highest among the diabetes,which proved the obvious effects of the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.Conclusion： High glycosylated hemoglobin has obvious effects on the prognosis of acute cerebral infarclion and the control of hyperglycem is necessary in acute cerebral infarclion patients.
