| 摘 要： | 目的：建立天赐胶囊的含量测定方法，方法：采用苯酚硫酸法，以葡萄糖作为标准品，分光光度法于490nm波长处测定吸光度。结果：多糖的线性范围为10－80μg/mL。相关系数r=0.9997，平均加样回收率为98．67％（n=5),RSD=2.58%,样品多糖含量为267．7－300．6毫克／粒。结论该法简便、准确，可用于本品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Object To develop a method for the determination ofpolysaccharide in TIANCI CAPSULE, which is a new drug dosage fo rm containing the bouillon of fresh water mussels with immunopotentiating activi ty. Methods Total polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sul furic acid method with glucose as the standard, and spectrophotometer assay abso rbency at 490 nm. Results The linear range of polysaccharide w as 10～80 μg/mL, r=0.999 7. The average recovery rate was 98 .67% (n=5), RSD=2.58%. Through sample assay, the content of p olysaccharide was 267.7～300.6 mg in each TIANCI CAPSULE. Conclus ion The method is simple, rapid and reliable, and may be used for the q uality control of this preparation. |
