| 摘 要： | 目的分析溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床及影像学特点。方法对有完整资料的35例溃疡性结肠炎的临床、影像学、结肠镜及病理资料进行回顾性研究。结果病变35例均侵犯左半结肠，粘膜增粗紊乱12例，肠腔内多个弥漫性、连续性和均匀一致的钡点13例，6例多发斑片状龛影，9例不规到据齿状及“双边征”，13例肠管变形，16例多发炎性息肉。结论结合临床、X线气钡双重对比造影及内窥镜检查可对UC作出诊断。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical and imaging features of Ulcerative Colitis(UC).Methods The clinical,imagins,colonoscopy and pathological data of 35 cases of UC were studied retrospectively.Resuits 35 cases' lesions were located at the left colon,12 cage6 of mucosal thickening disorder,9 cases of"double taxation",13 cases of intestinal deformed,16 cases of inflammatory polyps.Conclusion Combination of clinical,X-ray air-barium double contrast radiography and endoscopy,UC can be diagnosed. |
