综合康复治疗对糖尿病足疗效的影响

目的：探讨康复治疗对糖尿病足溃疡的愈合及复发的疗效。方法：108例确诊为糖尿病足溃疡患者分为2组，均按内科常规药物治疗，康复组62例同时康复介入。治疗前后对足溃疡愈合及复发情况进行比较。结果：经过15—20d的治疗，康复组患者足溃疡愈合率高于常规组（P〈0．01），且溃疡平均愈合时间明显缩短（P〈0．01）；溃疡复发率、截肢率与常规组比较均显著降低（P〈0．01）。结论：糖尿病足溃疡患者采用药物及康复介入综合治疗能显著提高疗效，降低残疾率。

Effects of Rehabilitation Treatment on the Diabetic Foot Ulcers

Objective: To explore the effect of early rehabilitation treatment on the diabetic foot ulcers. Methods: 108 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated with rehabilitation treatment, and another only treated with simple drugs. The therapeutic effects in different two groups were analyzed. Results: After treatment for 15 to 20 days, the curative rate of diabetic foot ulcers in rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). The mean healing time of foot ulcers was significantly shortened, the recurrent rate and the rate of amputation in rehabilitation group were reduced as compared with control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Rehabilitation treatment has significant value in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers and can reduce the disabled rate.
