甲基苯丙胺依赖者冲动性特征和执行功能的关系

目的:探讨甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,MA)依赖者冲动性特征和执行功能的关系。方法:本研究通过社区招募MA依赖者52名,健康对照组51名,通过Barratt冲动量表(BIS-11)评估冲动性,以计算机化的综合认知测验(CogState量表)测试认知功能,并收集研究对象一般资料及药物滥用史。结果:MA依赖者的冲动性总分,认知冲动性和无计划冲动性均高于对照组(t=3.186,2.678,4.716,P<0.01);在执行功能、言语记忆、社会情绪认知上,MA组表现均差于对照组(t=-2.690,2.262,3.237,P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,执行功能受损与认知冲动性、非计划冲动性增加呈正相关(B=3.30,P<0.001,B=2.62,P=0.005)。结论:MA依赖者的认知冲动性、非计划冲动性增加与执行功能受损密切相关,冲动性可能损害MA依赖者的执行功能,两者间可能存在潜在的共同机制。

The Relationship Between Impulsivity and Executive Function Impairment in Methamphetamine Addicts

Objective:To study the relationship between impulsivity and executive function impairment in methamphetamine(MA)addicts.Methods:52 methamphetamine addicts and 51 health controls(HC)were enrolled.All of them were evaluated impulsivity by Barratt Impulsiveness Scale(BIS-11),cognitive function by the Cogstate battery,as well as demographic data and drug-use information.Results:The total score of impulsiveness,cognitive impulsiveness and no planning impulsiveness of MA group were higher than HC group(P<0.01).Compared to HC group,the MA group showed significant impairment in executive function,verbal memory and social emotional cognition(P<0.05).According to multiple linear regression,cognitive impulsiveness,no planning impulsiveness has positive correlation with the impairment of executive function(B=3.3,P<0.001,B=2.62,P=0.005).Conclusion:The increased cognitive impulsivity and no planning impulsiveness of MA dependants is closely related to impaired executive function.The impulsivity may impair the executive function of an MA dependent.The correlation between the two suggests that there may be a potential common mechanism between them.
