| 摘 要： | 目的观察双水平气道正压通气（BiPAP）对急性左心衰竭患者血浆脑钠素（BNP）水平的影响。方法对入我院急诊ICU的急性左心衰竭患者126例，随机分为BiPAP组（常规治疗＋BiPAP）62例和对照组（常规治疗）64例，比较两组BNP的变化。结果治疗6h、24h后BiPAP组BNP较对照组显著降低（P〈O．05，P〈0．01）。结论BiPAP可使急性左心衰竭患者的BNP下降，有利于急性左心衰竭的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observation the effects of Bi-level Positive Airway Pressure （BiPAP） on the levels of plasma B-type natriuretie peptide （BNP） in patients with acute left ventrieular failure. Methods 126 consecutive eases admitted with acute left ventrieular failure in the ICU of our hospital were included in the study. These eases were ran- domly divided into BiPAP group （62 eases, conventional treatment ＋ BiPAP） and control group （64 eases, conventional therapy）. The changes of the two groups on plasma BNP levels were compared. Results 6h and 24 h after therapy, plasma BNP levels of BiPAP group were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Bi- PAP could decrease the level of plasma BNP in patients with acute left ventricular failure and is an advantageous treatment for patients with acute left ventricular failure. |
