丝裂原活化蛋白激酶在退变兔腰椎间盘纤维环中基因表达的相关性研究

目的观察普米克令舒联合爱全乐氧气超声驱动雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将195例毛细支气管炎惠儿随机分为两组，治疗组98例，对照组97例。两组均采用抗感染、解痘、平喘等综合治疗，治疗组采用普米克令舒联合爱全乐氧气超声驱动雾化吸入治疗7d；对照组单用硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化溶液雾化吸入治疗7d。结果治疗组在咳嗽、喘憋持续时间，肺部哮呜音消失时间及治愈率等方面均优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论普米克令舒联合爱全乐氧气超声驱动雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效肯定，在缓解急性症状和缩短病程方面更具优势，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of atomization of pulmicort combined with atrovent in treatment of bronchiolitis

Objectice To observe the curative effect of atomization of pulmicort combined with atrovent in bronchi- olitis. Methods 195 children who were bronchiolitis patients were divided into two groups randomly; the therapeutic group contained 98 children and the control group contained 97 children. There was no significant difference in the sexuality and pathogenetic condition of the two groups（P〉0.05）. The children of the two groups received combined therapy such as anti-infection, spasmolysis and anti-wheez. The pulmicort combined with atrovent for atomization in 7 days was utilized in the therapeutic group, and the albuterol sulfate for atomization was utilized in the control group. Results Compared with the control group, the extinction time of cough and asthma and the cure rate show an advantage in the therapeutic group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of the pulmicort combined with atrovent for atomization in bronchiolitis has positive curative effect.
