赛乐特联合金双歧治疗肠易激综合征临床疗效观察

目的观察赛乐特联合金双歧治疗肠易激综合征（IBS）的临床疗效。方法将120例临床确诊为肠易激综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组用赛乐特联合金双歧治疗，对照组单用金双歧治疗，总疗程8周，观察两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率91．67％，对照组68．33％，治疗组总有效率高于对照组，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论赛乐特联合金双歧治疗IBS疗效显著，可在临床推广应用。

Investigation of the therapeutic effect of paroxetine and golden bifid on the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of paroxetine and golden bifid on the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 120 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were averagely and randomly divided into treat- ment group and control group, control group were treated with golden bifid only, whereas treatment group were treated with paroxetine and golden bifid. The course of treatment was two months. Results The total effective rate was 91.67% in treatment group and 68.33% in control group. The effect of treatment group was better than control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination therapy with paroxetine and golden bifid has an obvious therapeutic effect on irritable bowel syndrome.
