生大黄灌胃复制慢传输便秘动物模型的实验研究

目的:探讨生大黄灌胃复制慢传输便秘动物模型的可行性。方法:采用生大黄免煎剂混悬液进行递增灌胃,观察首粒黑便排出时间、6 h内粪便重量和粒数,以判断模型的复制情况。结果:与空白对照组动物比较,实验组动物结肠呈"泻剂结肠"样改变,首粒黑便排出时间明显延长,粪便重量减轻,数量减少,体重下降,体质虚弱,并伴有一系列精神状态的改变。实验动物造模成功率为53.33%。结论:生大黄递增灌胃可用于制作慢传输便秘动物模型,但造模中应尽量避免各种不利因素的影响。

Experimental Research on the Constipation Animal Model of Chronic Transmission Duplicated by Raw Rhubarb Lavage

Method： Suspension of raw rhubarb boil-free decoction was used to conduct harging time of the first grain of black feces, fecal weight and grains in 6 hours was observed to decide the replication of the model. Result： Compared with the control group, the colon of the experimental group took on the ＂cathartic colon＂ pattern. The discharging time of the first grain of black feces was prolonged obviously. The fecal weight and grains was reduced. Body weight decreased accompanied with physical weakness and a series of mental status change. The successful rate for animal modeling was 53.33%, which was lower than most literature report. Conclusion： Increment gavage of raw rhubarb can be used to make constipation animal model of chronic transmission. However, making model should avoid all kinds of unfavorable factors.
