冲洗法在经口气管插管病人口腔护理的临床应用研究

目的探讨冲洗法在经口气管插管病人口腔护理的效果。方法经口气管插管患者100例,随机分为传统口腔护理组(对照组A组)50例,冲洗法口腔护理组(实验组B组)50例。对两组患者口腔护理后的口腔异味、细菌阳性率、并发症发生率、护理时数进行对比研究。结果实验组患者口腔异味、细菌阳性率、并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.01。护理时数低于对照组。结论对于经口气管插管患者利用冲洗法能彻底清洁口腔,细菌阳性率明显下降。

Clinical application study of washing method for the nursing for patients of oral cavity endotracheal intubation

Objective To study the effect of washing method for the nursing for patients of oral cavity endotracheal intubation. Method 100 cases of patients with oral endotracheal intubation were selected and divided into traditional oral cavity nursing (control group A ) and washing method nursing groug( experimental group B), each group has 50 cases. The oral cavity peculiar smell, bacterial positive rate, incidence rate of complication after oral cavity and nursing timing were observed and compared between the two groups. Result Incidence rate of oral cavity peculiar smell, bacterial positive rate, incidence rate of complication in experimental group is significantly lower than that of control group (P<0. 01). The timing of nursing in experimental group is also lower than that of control group. Conclusion For patients with oral cavity endotracheal intubation, the rate of bacterial positive will be reduced re-markably by fully washing oral cavity.
