高血压病患者心肌超声背向散射参数的临床应用

目的　探讨超声背向散射参数评估高血压病患者心肌病变的临床价值。方法　测定了３７例无合并症和２９ 例有合并症的高血压病患者及４０ 例正常对照者的超声背向散射参数。结果　无合并症的高血压病患者心肌背向散射参数与对照组比较无显著性差异，有合并症的高血压病患者室间隔和左室后壁校正的平均背向散射积分（ＩＢ％ ） ，背向散射积分周期变化幅度（ＣＶＩＢ） ，ＣＶＩＢ 的跨壁梯度（ ＴＧＩＢ） 和ＴＧＩＢ 跨壁梯度（ＴＧＣＶＩＢ） 均有显著变化。结论　心肌超声背向散射参数可用于判断高血压病心肌病变的程度。

Clinical study to evaluate the application of ultrasonic backscatter parameters to patients with hypertension

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of ultrasonic backscatter parameters to assessment of the lesion of myocardium in patients with hypertension.Methods Myocardial ultrasonic backscatter parameters of 37 hypertension(HT) patients without complications,29 hypertension patients with complications and 40 people of normal control group were measured in this study.Results It was discovered that backscatter parameters of patients without complications were similar to those of normal people,but IB%,CVIB,TGIB and TG CVIB of interventricle and left ventricular posterior wall as well as TG CVIB of left ventricular posterior wall of patients with complications had significant difference with those of patients without complications and normal control people.Conclusions Ultrasonic backscatter parameters are useful in determination of the degree of myocardium injury of hypertension patients.
