| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的手术方法。方法 分析1991～1996年间28例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患的临床资料、手术方法和治疗效果。结果 2例行鼻内筛窦切除术的患均于半年内复发，7例上颌窦治 筛窦切除术有4例复发，19例鼻侧切开及鼻腔外侧壁大部切除有1例复发。结论 鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤容易复发和恶变，应该采用根治性手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the surgical method of the inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and nasal sinus.Methods Twenty eight cases of the inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and nasal sinus betwen 1991 and 1996 were analyzed retrosepectively.Results Two cases treated with transnasal ethmoidectomy recurred within 6 months,4 cases recurred in 7 cases through maxilla radical operation with transanasal ethmoidectomy,only one case recurred in 19 cases through lateral rhinotomy.Conclusion The inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and nasal sinus has a tendency of recurrence and malignant change.Lateral rhinotomy is better than other surgical method. |
