外伤性脾破裂24例非手术治疗体会

目的总结外伤性脾破裂非手术治疗经验.方法回顾性分析自1995年1月～1999年12月收治的非手术治疗的24例外伤性脾破裂的致伤原因、伤情等级、诊断方法、治疗措施以及非手术治疗失败的原因.结果本组22例非手术治疗成功,并得到6个月以上的随访或B超复查证实无并发症.2例治疗失败中转手术治疗.本组无死亡.结论脾脏具有重要的生理功能,严格掌握适应证,密切监测病情变化,合理正确运用治疗措施,外伤性脾破裂的非手术治疗是安全有效的.

Non-operative Treatment of 24 Cases of Splenic Rupture Caused by Trauma

Objective:To study the non-operative treatment in patients with splenic rupture cause by trauma.Method:The cause,qrades of injury,diagnosis methods,treatment and the reason of failure of non-operative treatment of 24 patients with splenic rupture caused by trauma were retrospectively analysed from January 1995 to December 1999.Results:22 cases in them had successful non-operative treatment without complications during six-month follow-up survey or B-ultrasonic examination.2 cases underwent operations after failure of using non-operative treatment.There were no deaths in this group.Conclusion:Spleen has an important plysiological function.The non-operative treatment is safe effective treatment in the patients with indications.
