| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的临床疗效,为口腔正畸治疗OSAS提供理论依据.方法:采用矫治器治疗OSAS患者15例,将治疗前后多导睡眠监测所测的呼吸功能改变与治疗前X线头影值进行相关分析,比较疗效的差异.结果:15例OSAS患者呼吸暂停指数及最低血氧饱和度有明显改善.结论:口腔正畸治疗OSAS是一种新的、有效可行的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of dental appliances in treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) and further provide theoretical bases for correcting oral deformity.Methods:15 cases with OSAS were involved in this study.The correlation between the improvement of respiratory function detected by polysomnography and the pretherapeutic cephalometric variables were analyzed,then,the curative effect of dental appliances was evaluated.Results:The apnea index(AI) and lowest saturation of blood oxygen in 15 cases of OSAS gained improvement after treatment.Conclusion:Treating OSAS with dental appliances is a new and effective technique. |
